Returns
All items purchased are final sale. We do not offer returns but will fix any errors made on the behalf of the company. If the product is deemed defective, does not fit, or the wrong order is sent, you are eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges
All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) being exchanged must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Item accepted for exchange include, defective items, items that arrived damaged, wrong orders/size sent, items that do not fit.
For hygiene reasons and to ensure the integrity of our products, certain items are non-returnable. These may include but are not limited to hats, socks, undergarments, and accessories (e.g., earrings, hair accessories) unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our storefront location using the prepaid shipping label provided by us.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive a replacement of the item. If the item is out of stock or not available, you will receive a store credit in the full amount of the original amount paid.

If the item needing to be exchanged is out of stock or not available, you will receive the full amount of the original price paid in the form of store credit only.

SHIPPING

Shipping
We strive to ship out orders promptly, typically within 2-5 business days. If, for any reason, your order takes longer than 14 business days to ship, we will refund you 100% of the shipping cost.
It's important to note that this policy commences 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
For international shipping, kindly allow for an additional 7-21 business days for delivery.
Please be aware that orders placed on weekends and holidays are typically processed on the following business day.
Delivery Issues
Everything God Collection holds no liability for shipping address discrepancies, including instances of lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
The customer bears the responsibility of providing accurate information before finalizing their order. In the event of incorrect or inaccurately entered shipping or product information at the time of purchase, we are unable to make any modifications, and the order will not qualify for a refund or store credit.
In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting the shipping company.
